For each and every Adventure, we require all participants to fill out a Liability Waiver and Medical Form. Minors should sign both documents AND they must be signed by the legal parent or guardian as well. For your convenience, they are here to download.

Snowshoe, Backpack and Day Hike Liability Waiver  (Required for ALL Hiking Adventures)

Rock Climbing and Mountaineering Liability Waiver (Required for ALL Climbing Adventures)

Risks Form  (Required for Mount Rainier Adventures only)

Leave No Trace  (Good for you to know, and it's how we run all Adventures)
